Greetings from tropical paradise.
We're on the beach in Phuket enjoying our last day of vacation. I finished the book I brought, addressed 30 postcards and filled up on yummy pad thai.
My work is finished here.
It's been an adventure filled week of hiking, elephant rides, bamboo rafting, thai cooking class, market shopping, scuba diving, jeep driving, spa massages and beach sitting. Fun and relaxing all in a tranquil surrounding.
Tomorrow we return to Beirut. No emails from work, but CNN tells us that there are bomb threats and that Prime Minister, Karami, stepped down...again. Hmmm...makes me want to stay in tropical paradise.
