I have arrived safe and sound. The trip was smooth, no complications.
I am using an internet cafe for now until I get hooked up at my apartment.
The phone system is not easy to use. There are phones everywhere.
Practically every corner, But none that allow coins or 800 numbers. So
even though I have an ATT account and access number I can't dial out on them.
I have to buy a local calling card and i can't figure that out right away.
Anyhow, this internet cafe is cheap and easy until I get an apartment.
Hopefully tomorrow.
Lots to share after I have slept. Suffice it to say that Cairo is VERY
cool and I think I'm going to love it here.
